Note: email addresses won't be posted, to avoid spam.

Your Name
Studio Name (if you have one),
Link to your website (your music/band or home page),
Upto 6 small (250 by 250 max) pictures of your gear, in .JPG format,
Upto 6 small (1024 by 1024 max) pictures of your gear in .JPG format,
Picture of yourself, any pose, as long as its legal,
A gear list, if you wish, or a link to one on your site,
A few words of information about yourself.
